As a member of our educational neuroscience platform, you will collaborate with researchers, scientific content developers, and coordinators to design and optimize engaging digital learning experiences focused on Subunit-Selective NMDA Receptor Modulators and Neuropsychiatric Disorders.
We are a growing educational initiative dedicated to translating complex neuroscience into accessible, evidence-based learning resources. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Learning Specialist to enhance the structure, usability, and interactivity of our online educational programs.
This position combines instructional design expertise with digital innovation. You must be able to transform scientific content into interactive, learner-centered experiences while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and academic integrity. Responsibilities
- Design and structure interactive online learning modules and course pathways
- Transform scientific content into engaging multimedia learning experiences
- Optimize user experience and accessibility across the platform
- Collaborate with scientific teams to ensure accurate and effective knowledge delivery
- Integrate quizzes, assessments, and digital tools to enhance learner engagement
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital course development
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with scientific or medical educational content
- Familiarity with neuroscience or biomedical terminology
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles
